Once an unused agricultural structure, this expansive barn underwent a transformation, resulting in the creation of three substantial residences, all facilitated through a Class Q Prior Notice Approval application.

The juxtaposition of black and white hues of the colour scheme, complemented by the incorporation of timber cladding and exposed timber beams, yields a unique fusion of rustic and contemporary aesthetics.

This design approach not only pays homage to the barn’s historical agricultural purpose but also establishes an inviting and spacious environment suitable for family enjoyment.
