– Barn Conversion under Class Q

This recently finished stone barn at Tregear Farm underwent a transformation process authorised through a Class Q Prior Notice Approval application.

Thanks to the upkeep of these barns maintained by the client, the original charm of the structure was largely preserved while simultaneously crafting a cosy and spacious open plan living space for its residents.

The property offers breath-taking panoramic views of the adjacent fields, prompting us to maximise the use of both existing and formerly sealed openings to fully embrace the magnificent scenery of Cornwall’s landscape.
